Architectural Representative – Vancouver, BC

Our Client is seeking an Architectural Representative to support its commercial sales team by promoting roofing and building envelope products to the design community across the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island. Based in Vancouver, this role focuses on building relationships with architects, designers, and key specifiers, reviewing project specifications, and identifying new opportunities within the architectural and design space.

This position is relationship-driven by design, with time spent reviewing project portals, conducting product presentations and lunch-and-learn sessions, supporting the specification process, and participating in industry and association events to strengthen market presence.

The ideal candidate has experience in a related architectural, construction, or technical sales role, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities at once. A college diploma in Architectural Technology or Construction is considered an asset, as is prior exposure to roofing or building envelope systems. A valid driver’s license is required for territory travel.

Compensation includes an estimated base salary of CAD $70,000–$85,000 annually, plus an annual performance bonus and company vehicle, along with competitive benefits and long-term growth opportunities.
