We’re Hiring: CNC / CMM Programmer
Niagara Region, ON | Full-Time, Permanent | $30–$40/hr

Are you a detail-oriented programmer who thrives in a fast-paced, precision-oriented environment? My client is a cutting-edge machining operation seeking a skilled CNC / CMM Programmer to join their growing team.

In This Role, You Will

• Program and operate CNC and CMM machines to verify production part accuracy.

• Use precision measuring instruments and techniques to inspect complex machined components.

• Review engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and GD&T specifications.

• Analyze inspection data and collaborate on corrective action and process improvement.

• Maintain and calibrate metrology equipment.

• Document inspection activities and ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Work cross-functionally with engineers, production leads, and clients.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of CNC and/or CMM programming experience

• Post-secondary diploma (CNC machining, mechanical tech, etc.)

• Proficient with precision measurement tools and methodologies

• Skilled in reading complex schematics and interpreting GD&T

• Familiar with ISO or other quality management standards

• Organized team player with excellent communication skills
