We’re working with a nationally recognized commercial roofing and building envelope contractor known for tackling complex, multi-million-dollar projects across the U.S. They’re expanding their footprint in Phoenix, AZ, and actively seeking a Project Manager ready to take ownership of mission-critical work in a booming market.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage roofing and envelope projects valued at $1M to $10M+
• Oversee project execution from safety to scheduling and cost control
• Lead work in secure and sensitive facilities (hospitals, government, education)
• Collaborate across clients, subs, and internal teams
• Solve challenges in real-time and deliver high-quality results
• Evaluate post-project performance and recommend improvements

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial roofing or envelope projects
• Hands-on knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal systems, and waterproofing
• Strong project controls experience with Procore, The Edge, and MS Office
• Proven ability to manage in occupied or high-security environments
• OSHA 30 or 500 required; LEED or EM 385 is a plus
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
