Commercial Roofing Sales Manager – Dallas–Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid)

Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid – 1 day in office weekly)
Compensation: $70,000–$100,000 base + industry-leading 40% commission

A growing commercial roofing contractor in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is expanding its sales division and looking for a Commercial Roofing Sales Manager to lead business development and client relationships across the region.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with GCs, property owners, and facilities teams.
• Identify and pursue commercial roofing project opportunities across DFW.
• Partner with estimating and production teams to develop proposals and close deals.
• Track performance metrics and contribute to overall business growth.
