Enterprise Sales Director (SaaS) – Future Role Recruitment
About the Role
We’re building a pipeline of elite Enterprise Sales Directors who know how to win big in SaaS. This role is built for a closer — someone who thrives in complex sales cycles, navigates multi-stakeholder buying groups, and consistently lands high-ACV deals. You’ll drive strategic expansion, break into new enterprise segments, and help shape a SaaS GTM engine built for scale.
What You’ll Do
• Own the full enterprise SaaS sales cycle — prospecting, multi-threading, value-selling, negotiating, and closing large subscription deals.
• Build and manage a high-precision pipeline with accurate forecasting and consistent over-achievement.
• Develop strategic account plans that expand ARR, increase product adoption, and deepen long-term customer value.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to refine messaging, strengthen positioning, and accelerate enterprise adoption.
• Identify market gaps, competitive dynamics, and customer pain points to influence GTM strategy and product roadmap.
• Lead high-stakes conversations with C-suite and VP-level buyers, clearly articulating ROI, efficiency gains, and long-term SaaS value.
• Support new vertical expansion, pricing strategy, and enterprise segmentation to drive rapid ARR growth.
• Track performance against aggressive SaaS KPIs (pipeline coverage, win rate, ACV, ARR, expansion revenue).
• Serve as the voice of enterprise customers internally, shaping product direction and service improvements.
Who You Are
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a track record of consistently exceeding quota.
• Proven success closing complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS deals with long sales cycles and large ACVs.
• Deep understanding of SaaS sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, Command of the Message).
• Strong communicator with the ability to influence senior executives and translate technical value into business outcomes.
• Highly strategic, organized, and comfortable managing multiple high-value opportunities simultaneously.
• Skilled with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and SaaS sales performance metrics.
• Experience selling subscription, platform, or cloud-based products is a strong advantage.
Compensation
Current SaaS market range in Canada:
• Base Salary: $140,000 – $180,000
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $250,000 – $350,000+ (base + commission)
• Top performers regularly exceed OTE through accelerators.
