Salary: $70,000 – $95,000 + benefits & performance-based bonuses

What You’ll Be Doing

Prepare accurate cost estimates for drywall, metal framing, ceilings, doors, paint, and specialty finishes

Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to determine full project scope

Solicit and evaluate pricing from subcontractors and suppliers

Use ERP systems and digital tools (e.g., Bluebeam) for project documentation and cost tracking

Work with Project Managers on preconstruction design reviews and constructability analysis

Track and communicate trends in material and labor costs

Attend project meetings and maintain communication with internal teams and third-party partners
What You Bring to the Table

Minimum 3 years of commercial construction estimating experience, specifically in drywall, framing, or ceilings

Proficiency with Bluebeam or similar digital estimating tools

Solid understanding of construction drawings, budgets, and bid scopes

Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to work effectively in a team setting and independently when needed

Willingness to work in-person at the Phoenix office and visit project sites as required
