Field Operations Manager – Residential Construction
Location: Nashville, TN
Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 base + Commission / Bonus + Benefits + Perks
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Field Operations Manager to oversee the operational execution across multiple build sites. You will ensure delivery, safety, quality, and operational excellence for residential projects.
Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate field operations across multiple projects, ensuring consistency in execution, standards, and safety.

Lead site supervisors, superintendents, and field staff; coach, mentor, hold accountable.

Enforce safety protocols, quality checks, and code compliance in every phase.

Remove operational roadblocks, escalate issues, and coordinate with PMs and suppliers.

Track and report on field KPIs (labor efficiency, schedule adherence, quality metrics).

Partner with estimating, procurement, and project teams for resource planning and scheduling.

Lead continuous improvement: process optimization, standardization, training.
Qualifications:

7+ years in residential field operations or construction management roles.

Proven ability to lead across multiple job sites and teams.

Strong working knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and quality control.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Experience with scheduling / field reporting tools.
Compensation & Incentives:
