Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Concord IN-OFFICE

Salary: $75,000 –$80,000+ benefits and a great environment
Our client has over 50 years experience manufacturing, designing, engineering and installing specific products serving the commercial, residential, hospitality and institutional markets across North America.
This newly created position will report into the CFO, and support a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, policy development, employee relations, HRIS administration, and compliance. This role is central to fostering trust, transparency, and engagement across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for new hires.
- Be the first point of contact for employee inquiries or workplace concerns
- Support performance reviews, recognition programs, and career development initiatives
- Maintain and update HR policies to reflect best practices and compliance
- Ensure accurate and confidential employee records and HRIS data management.
- Analyze HR data (e.g., turnover, time-to-hire) and provide recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, CHRP/CHRL designation preferred.
- 5+ years of HR generalist experience in organizations with 100+ employees.
- 3+ years experience within custom manufacturing or building materials environment
- Strong knowledge of Ontario and Canadian employment standards, health and safety compliance, and HR best practices.
