Our client is hiring a licensed Electrician to support residential solar installations across Maryland and Delaware. This is a full time, benefits eligible role with consistent hours, paid overtime, and strong growth opportunities within a fast growing renewable energy company.

What You’ll Do:

As a Residential Solar Electrician, you will play a key role in delivering safe, high performing home solar PV systems by:

• Executing electrical wiring plans for residential solar installations
• Installing electrical apparatus, fixtures, and equipment
• Connecting wiring in electrical circuits and networks while ensuring system compatibility
• Preparing and assembling conduits and routing wiring through them
• Troubleshooting issues, identifying hazards, and repairing damaged components

What You’ll Bring:

• Active Electrician license in the state of Maryland
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (required or strongly preferred)
• Experience with residential solar electrical systems preferred
• Commercial solar or commercial electrical experience is a bonus
• Strong ability to read blueprints and use electrical and hand tools (wire strippers, voltmeter, etc.)
• Solid understanding of safety procedures and electrical regulations
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Physically capable of working long shifts with paid overtime
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to report to the Wilmington, DE office before heading to job sites

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Climb ladders and work on pitched residential roofs
• Work in attics and tight spaces

Compensation & Benefits:

• Full time schedule (40+ hours per week)
• Overtime pay for hours over 40 per week
• Competitive hourly rate: $32 to $35 per hour, based on experience
• Full benefits package
