The Ideal Candidate:

  • Post-secondary education in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field (degree or diploma).
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive maintenance management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. 1+ years of prior leadership experience is preferred.
  • Strong technical background in mechanical systems; working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Proven success implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and data-driven maintenance planning.
  • Hands-on leader with strong communication, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) considered an asset.
  • Strong budgeting, analytical, and project management capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced production environment.
