Outside Sales Professional
Mid-Atlantic & Northeast Regions | Full-Time (W2)
Compensation: $70 – $80k Base + Uncapped Commission + Full Benefits
The Opportunity
Our client is expanding and looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven Sales Representative to own and grow the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast territory. This is a true business-development role for someone who thrives in front of customers, enjoys opening doors, and knows how to turn conversations into long-term partnerships.
You will represent our client directly in the field, working with contractors, facility managers, and decision-makers to deliver high-value solutions that keep projects moving and facilities operational. This role offers a strong base salary, uncapped commission, and the opportunity to build a territory with real earning upside.

What You Will Do

Proactively identify and pursue new business through outreach, networking, and referrals

Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with prospective clients

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers across the territory

Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through close

Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Maintain an organized schedule for client visits, follow-ups, and pipeline management

Track and report activity accurately within the company CRM

Represent our client professionally during site visits and consultations
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications

Proven success in B2B sales
-
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
-
High level of self-motivation, accountability, and time management
-
Ability to manage a sales pipeline independently

Reliable transportation for client meetings

Comfort working in a performance-driven, commission-based environment
-
Successful completion of a background check and 10-panel drug test
Preferred Experience
-
Experience in commercial or industrial roofing, construction services, or related industries

Existing industry relationships or an established network

Prior CRM experience

Strong closing ability with a true hunter mentality

Four-year degree
-
Ability to report to the Reading, PA office multiple days per week
