Commercial Waterproofing Project Manager

San Antonio, TX | Full-Time | $80,000–$100,000 + Bonus

We’re hiring a Project Manager to lead commercial waterproofing projects across San Antonio. This is a great opportunity for someone who knows the field, leads with integrity, and wants a company that values loyalty, safety, and craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage multiple projects from kickoff to closeout

• Oversee budgets, schedules, change orders, and billing

• Ensure safety and quality across all jobsites

• Conduct jobsite visits and client meetings

• Mentor and support field and office teams

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years in commercial roofing or waterproofing project coordination

• Solid understanding of contracts, submittals, and job costing

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.
