The successful candidate will focus on project management and coordination during the early design stages, ensuring that schedules, documentation, consultants, and team deliverables remain aligned. • Maintain organized project records and support quality control processes

  • Help implement and maintain established project workflows and standards

  • Conduct occasional visits to Edmonton and project sites as needed

What's required

  • Minimum 10+ years of industry experience, with at least 5 years working with Canadian building codes

  • Must have experience managing or working on large complex public project developments in recent years

  • Education in Architecture, Project Management, or related fields; Architect registration or PMP designation preferred

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills

  • Comfortable managing consultant documentation, specifications, and project schedules

  • Proficiency with common architectural software and documentation tools is an asset

  • Willingness to attend site visits in Edmonton and other project locations on a regular basis (potentially weekly).

  • Based in Alberta
