Residential Roofing Sales Representative – DFW (Remote / Hybrid)
Pay: OTE- $100,000+ per year (100% commission | Up to 40% on new sales). Can offer a $30-35K base per year to cover costs.

What You’ll Do:
• Run roofing inspections and homeowner consultations
• Present proposals & close deals
• Work warm leads + generate your own through canvassing, referrals, and networking
• Manage your pipeline and customer relationships from start to finish

What You Need:
• Sales experience (roofing, solar, or home improvement preferred)
• Professional communication & strong closing skills
• Ability to perform roof inspections
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, smartphone
