Compensation: $65,000 base + uncapped commission
OTE: $200,000+ achievable

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to support continued national growth. This is a high-impact sales role focused on expanding an existing book of business while developing new commercial accounts across multiple markets.

This position is well-suited for a seasoned commercial roofing sales professional who understands relationship-driven selling and thrives in a commission-based environment with strong earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an established portfolio of commercial accounts
  • Develop new business relationships and expand market presence nationally
  • Identify, pursue, and close new commercial roofing opportunities
  • Build long-term partnerships with clients, property owners, and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal operations and estimating teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Represent the company professionally in all client interactions

Compensation & Earnings

  • $65,000 base salary
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Strong performers can realistically achieve $200,000+ in annual earnings
  • Existing book of business provided, with clear expectations for new account growth
