Location: Atlanta, GA (National Accounts)
Compensation: $65,000 base + uncapped commission
OTE: $200,000+ achievable

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to support continued national growth. This is a high-impact sales role focused on expanding an existing book of business while developing new commercial accounts across multiple markets.
This position is well-suited for a seasoned commercial roofing sales professional who understands relationship-driven selling and thrives in a commission-based environment with strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an established portfolio of commercial accounts
- Develop new business relationships and expand market presence nationally
- Identify, pursue, and close new commercial roofing opportunities
- Build long-term partnerships with clients, property owners, and decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal operations and estimating teams to ensure successful project execution
- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions
Compensation & Earnings
- $65,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission structure
- Strong performers can realistically achieve $200,000+ in annual earnings
- Existing book of business provided, with clear expectations for new account growth
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in commercial roofing sales or account management
- Strong track record of closing and growing accounts
- Comfortable with commission-driven compensation
- Professional, relationship-focused, and self-motivated
- Experience handling regional or national accounts preferred
