About the role:
This role will report into the VP of People and Engagement, and will play a critical role in executing talent strategies.

Main responsibilities include:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for union and non-union hourly manufacturing roles across multiple business units

• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, staffing needs, and job development

• Source, assess, hire, and onboard talent while ensuring a strong candidate experience

• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives, including recognition, surveys, and team activities

• Act as a liaison between employees and leadership to support a positive workplace culture

• Promote employer brand through social media, career events, and external partnerships

• Maintain recruitment and engagement metrics, reporting insights and trends

• Stay current on talent acquisition and employee engagement best practices

About the candidate:

• Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin, or equivalent experience

• 5+ years in talent acquisition and employee engagement, ideally in manufacturing

• Skilled in recruiting hourly (union & non-union) and management roles

• Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
