TalentSphere is a fantastic company to work for. I was delighted to see the typical recruitment model evolving and that some talented individuals had put together a business model where consultants can work remotely from home yet still receive all the support of being an employee.

I’ve only been working for the company for 6 months but now have a much better and healthier work life balance. I can work more efficiently and productively, choosing when and how I work and how I steer the course of my desk/client portfolio, yet also receiving plenty of support and training from my direct manager and other senior staff in the business.
