Alison has a proven track record recruiting within the construction market in the GTA and surrounding areas. Alison graduated on the Dean’s list at Queen’s University and achieved a post-graduate diploma in Human Resources Management from Durham College.

Alison worked in business development and recruitment for ten years at a mid-sized general contracting and construction management firm. For the duration of her time at the construction firm, Alison was
involved in recruiting for all departments, including Estimating, Operations and Administration.

As a former Business Development professional in the construction industry Alison has over time developed a broad network of industry professionals. She has an understanding of the workings of a construction firm as it relates to the industry as a whole and she has the active connections to be able to source exceptional candidates regardless of the technical requirements of the role.
