Ashley has a proven history within the property management market in Southern Ontario and surrounding areas. Ashley is fluently bilingual in English and French; she graduated on the Dean’s list at Mohawk College and achieved a post-graduate diploma in Advanced Security Management.

Ashley worked in the property management industry for ten years at both a large Real Estate REIT as well as a mid-size third party property management firm. For the duration of her time in the industry Ashley participated in all aspects from administration to leasing, estimates and renovations, to hiring and managing both assets and people.

As a former Portfolio Director and Business Liaison professional in the property management industry Ashley has over time developed a broad network of industry professionals. She has an understanding of the workings of both large and start up property management firms as it relates to the industry as a whole in Canada and the United States and she has the active connections to be able to source exceptional candidates regardless of the requirements of the role.
