Jenn has a proven track record recruiting within the Atlantic Canadian market and surrounding areas.  Jenn Graduated from Saint Mary’s University with a Bachelor of Commerce and achieved a certificate diploma in Human Resources Management. While working at the University of Calgary, Jenn attained a designation for behavioural descriptive interviewing (BDI).

Jenn worked in Human Resources Management for ten years and specialized in recruiting and attracting talent.  For the duration of her time at Island Recruiting and in Jenn was involved in recruiting for all departments, including Executive, Specialist Advisors and Red Seal Trades.

As a Talent Advisor in the Human Resources industry Jenn has spent  time developing  a broad network of industry professionals. She understands the construction industry as it relates to the development of talent,  the competitiveness and advancement of the market and asking the right questions upon top talent.
