Julia completed her Bachelor of Applied Design (Kwantlen Polytech University) with a major in Interior Design and then later a Project Management Program (Royal Roads University).

For 6 years Julia worked with two different progressive real estate developers as a design, communications and marketing professional. Julia also worked for an internationally recognized Architecture firm and a well-known multidisciplinary Engineering firm, doing business development and marketing for 7 years total. Over the years, Julia has been involved in construction project management, interior design, development approvals, land acquisition, asset management, creative direction, marketing management, communication management, consultant coordination, and business development.

As a design and marketing professional in the construction industry, Julia has developed a broad network of superb industry professionals. Julia has an understanding of the workings of a development and/or construction firm as it relates to the industry as a whole and she has the active connections to be able to filter and source exceptional candidates with an understanding of the technical requirements of the role.
