Once convinced that her knowledge of the accounting and finance arena would facilitate her success in a new career path, she hit the ground running and has never looked back. While her core skills and network align with accounting roles in both private and public industry, she has also been successful in recruiting information technology positions including those under development, infrastructure, and information security verticals across the USA and Canada.

Twenty-five years later, Vanessa’s progressive experience in agency, consulting, and executive search (from small-but-mighty to global), has resulted in deep expertise in talent attraction, executive search, talent management, and succession planning.
