Commercial Roofing Project Manager (Field / Production Focus)
Location: Greater Chicago Area (Suburbs)
Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 Base + Bonus + Vehicle

At-A-Glance Requirements:
- 5+ years Commercial Roofing Project Management
- Experience with BUR, EPDM, Mod Bit, TPO, PVC, Metal, Waterproofing
- Proven field leadership & crew coordination
- Experience managing mid- to large-scale commercial projects
- Strong scheduling, safety, and QA/QC background

What You’ll Do:
- Lead onsite project execution from mobilization to closeout
- Coordinate Superintendents, field crews & subcontractors
- Maintain schedule & production flow
- Enforce safety and manufacturer compliance
- Assist with cost control & material coordination
- Maintain client communication during construction
