The Directors are smart, responsive, available and supportive. Not to mention both so darn likable - I could not be fonder of either! The organization and structure are agile and collaborative. I started working here in September after a 10-year break from recruiting. I joined mainly for the family-friendly flexibility and the autonomy of running a 360 desk. I have a manager who is very successful in her own right but is invested in my success. The owner and managers of the company are good people. They care if you're happy and steer you gently in the right direction when off course. I was delighted to see the typical recruitment model evolving and that some talented individuals had put together a business model where consultants can work remotely from home yet still receive all the support of being an employee.
