Commercial Roofing-Project Manager

San Antonio, TX | $90,000–$115,000 + up to 10% bonus

We’re looking for a Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee multiple projects across San Antonio. This role is perfect for someone who knows how to manage the details, lead people well, and deliver high-quality results from kickoff to closeout with $1-10 million projects. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and change orders

  • Oversee contracts, billing, and submittals

  • Lead Project Coordinators and Superintendents

  • Promote safety, quality, and teamwork on every job

  • Maintain strong client and vendor relationships

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of commercial construction experience (roofing preferred)

  • 2+ years as an Assistant PM or higher

  • Strong communication and organization skills

  • OSHA 30 preferred, valid driver’s license required
