We’re partnered with a well-established commercial roofing contractor in Austin that’s adding a Commercial Roofing Estimator due to steady growth.

This role is for someone who understands commercial roofing and wants fewer surprises after bid day.

What You’ll Do

  • Estimate commercial roofing projects

  • Review plans, specs, and site conditions

  • Build scopes, takeoffs, and pricing

  • Prepare bids, proposals, and submittals

  • Identify risk before award

  • Support clean handoffs to PMs and operations

  • Stay involved post-award when questions come up
