Key Responsibilities as the Project Manager:
• Support project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
• Assist with managing contracts, subcontracts, and change orders
• Work closely with Superintendents and site teams to support project delivery
• Coordinate consultants, trades, and internal teams
• Track cost control, forecasting, and reporting
• Support risk identification and issue resolution
• Assist with project closeout and handover
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
• Degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
Experience
• 5 plus years of experience in construction project management
• Experience supporting multiple projects or project phases
• Exposure to managing medium to large scale construction projects
Project Type
• Experience with residential, multi family, and commercial projects
• Familiar with multiple delivery methods, including Construction Management, Design Build, and Stipulated Sum
Technical Knowledge
• Working understanding of construction contracts, budgets, and schedules
• Experience with project management and document control systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Technical Skills
• Procore
• Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools
• Microsoft Excel
• RFIs, submittals, change management, and project documentation systems
Leadership & Communication
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Comfortable working with site teams, consultants, and clients
• Ability to escalate issues clearly and effectively
Organization & Accountability
• Organized and proactive approach to project management
• Results focused with a strong sense of ownership
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
