Superintendent (Steel-Stud & Drywall)

Location: Vancouver, BC (Project is in the Bahamas)

Start Date: April 2026

Compensation: $140,000–$150,000 + LOA available

Travel & Accommodations: Company-covered flights, accommodation, and visa/paperwork support

Our client, a leading Vancouver-based construction company, is seeking an experienced Superintendent (Drywall & Steel Stud) to lead operations on a high-profile commercial project in the Bahamas. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee site operations for all drywall and steel-stud activities, ensuring work meets schedule, budget, and quality expectations
• Supervise and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and site staff
• Monitor health, safety, and environmental compliance
• Communicate with project management teams and client representatives to maintain smooth progress
• Manage materials, schedules, and manpower to prevent delays and ensure top craftsmanship

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in commercial drywall and steel-stud projects
• Experience working on tower projects required.
• Proven track record as a Superintendent or Site Lead in complex builds
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work abroad for the project duration
