4. What You’ll Need to Succeed:
   • 10+ years of hands-on industry experience.
   • A strong portfolio showcasing your design flair, particularly with Revit.
   • A background in public sector projects (like educational, recreational or institutional work) is ideal.
   • A passion for creative problem-solving, collaboration, and delivering high-quality results.
