A fast-growing beauty brand seeks a Growth Marketer who drives digital revenue growth across direct-to-consumer channels. The company operates as a founder led, family owned business with strong recognition across the professional hair industry. Products sell through Shopify, Amazon, and established distribution networks across North America and Europe.

This position focuses on scaling digital performance, improving conversion, and driving measurable revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid media strategy across digital channels with full ownership of performance and return on spend.
• Manage and scale acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and other relevant paid channels.
• Drive D2C revenue growth across Shopify and Amazon through continuous campaign testing and optimization.
• Improve conversion performance within the United States market through data driven experimentation.
• Build and manage lifecycle marketing programs including email and SMS automation.
• Analyze digital performance metrics and translate insights into actionable marketing improvements.
• Optimize website performance including landing pages, user experience, and funnel conversion.
• Collaborate closely with marketing leadership to shape digital growth strategy while remaining hands on with execution.

Qualifications

• Strong experience working inside a direct-to-consumer brand environment.
  Proven track record managing paid media budgets with clear accountability for revenue growth and return on investment.
• Deep working knowledge of Shopify and ecommerce analytics.
• Experience scaling mid-sized consumer brands within a growth phase environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate insights into marketing actions.
• Self-directed operator comfortable working within a lean, entrepreneurial company.
• Amazon marketplace experience considered an asset.
