Clifton has a proven track record recruiting within the operations & logistics market across North America. Clifton graduated from Saint Mary’s University in Community Economic Development and achieved a certificate in Marketing from Nova Scotia Community College.

Clifton worked in the employment sector for over 20 years, ranging from counsellor, to business development, to recruitment. For much of his time, Clifton was involved in recruiting for a wide variety of roles, including Construction, Manufacturing and Operations, Accounting and Finance, Business and Office Support, Human Resources and Information Technology for very small companies through to global firms, treating each client as if they were his only client.

As a former Business Development professional in the manufacturing sector, Clifton has over time developed a broad network of industry professionals. He has an understanding of the workings of a manufacturing operation as it relates to the industry as a whole and he has the active connections to be able to source exceptional candidates regardless of the technical requirements of the role.
