Overview

A manufacturing company in the Niagara Region is hiring a 5 Axis CNC Operator to produce high precision parts using modern CNC equipment.

Responsibilities
• Set up and operate 5 axis CNC milling machines
• Read blueprints, CAD models, and part drawings
• Install tooling and make adjustments to maintain tolerances
• Perform in process inspections using measuring tools
• Review CMM reports and correct issues as needed
• Complete basic machine maintenance
• Follow safety procedures and maintain accurate records

Requirements
• 3 or more years of 5 axis CNC experience
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Experience with measuring tools and tight tolerances
• Knowledge of G code and CNC controls, DMG is an asset
• Strong problem solving skills
