A well-established national commercial roofing contractor is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and grow its Orlando operations.

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing branch performance, developing client relationships, managing operations, and driving revenue growth across commercial roofing projects and service programs.

The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial roofing industry experience, operational leadership, and the ability to build high-performing teams.

This position offers the opportunity to lead a growing regional branch while working with a respected organization known for delivering high-quality commercial roofing services across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

Branch Leadership
• Lead day-to-day operations of the Orlando branch, including sales, project management, service, and production teams
• Build and mentor a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability and performance
• Support recruitment and development of key staff across sales and operations

Revenue Growth
• Drive business development initiatives and expand relationships with building owners, property managers, and general contractors
• Support the sales team in securing large commercial roofing projects and service agreements
• Identify opportunities for long-term maintenance programs and capital replacement projects

Operational Oversight
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Work closely with estimating, project management, and field leadership to ensure successful project execution
• Monitor job costing, margins, and operational efficiency

Strategic Leadership
• Develop branch growth strategies aligned with company objectives
• Track performance metrics and implement improvements to drive profitability
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in the commercial roofing or building envelope industry
• Leadership experience managing operations, project management, or sales teams
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, and Modified Bitumen
• Experience managing large commercial roofing projects or regional operations
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Strong financial and operational management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
