Salary: $65-$80K base salary, negotiable based on experience
Hybrid Schedule - Work from home, travel to site.  Must have own transportation.

On behalf of our client, we are offering an opportunity to join a growing group with extreme success working on local projects in the lower mainland.

Our client is well reputed among GCs and have an excellent track record in project quality and delivery. They are growing, offering advancement opportunities and flat management structure with good natured and supportive leaders.

Our client would like to bring on an organized, reliable and knowledgeable Project Coordinator who is eager to grow with the company. This person will have strong communication skills and general heavy civil construction knowledge.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience, working with a contractor and specifically within utility installation and earthworks would be a strong asset.
  • Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering degree is preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include management, co-workers, clients, vendors, contractors and other stakeholders
  • Prepare, update, and distribute progress reports, project updates, and dashboards to stakeholders
  • Develop and monitor construction schedules, tracking milestones to ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain logs, process change orders, manage contracts, and ensure permits and safety certifications are in place.
  • Liaison between engineers, architects, and subcontractors; coordinate, plan, and direct daily operations on-site.
