We’re Hiring: CNC / CMM Programmer
Niagara Region, ON | Full-Time, Permanent | $30–$40/hr
Are you a detail-oriented programmer who thrives in a fast-paced, precision-oriented environment? My client is a cutting-edge machining operation seeking a skilled CNC / CMM Programmer to join their growing team.
In This Role, You Will
Program and operate CNC and CMM machines to verify production part accuracy.
Use precision measuring instruments and techniques to inspect complex machined components.
Review engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and GD&T specifications.
Analyze inspection data and collaborate on corrective action and process improvement.
Maintain and calibrate metrology equipment.
Document inspection activities and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Work cross-functionally with engineers, production leads, and clients.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of CNC and/or CMM programming experience
Post-secondary diploma (CNC machining, mechanical tech, etc.)
Proficient with precision measurement tools and methodologies
Skilled in reading complex schematics and interpreting GD&T
Familiar with ISO or other quality management standards
Organized team player with excellent communication skills
