We’re Hiring: CNC Programmer
 Niagara Region, ON | Full-Time | $$25–$38/hr

Are you a detail-oriented CNC Programmer with a passion for precision and process optimization? My client a long-standing manufacturer seeking someone just like you to support their expanding production team.

What You’ll Do

• Program CNC machinery for both milling and turning processes.

• Interpret detailed CAD models and engineering drawings to support production.

• Choose tooling and cutting parameters based on materials and specifications.

• Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and quality personnel to improve processes.

• Troubleshoot machining issues and proactively resolve programming challenges.

• Maintain accurate documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Help maintain a safe and organized work environment.

What You Bring

• 2+ years CNC programming experience (experience using Powermill is a plus)

• Post-secondary education in machining or mechanical disciplines

• Strong understanding of G-code and CNC operations

• Familiarity with multi-axis machines and high-precision standards

• Solid grasp of GD&T and blueprint interpretation

• Confident troubleshooting skills and high attention to detail

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word)
