What You’ll Do

• Review drawings, specs, and project scopes to develop accurate estimates

• Perform detailed takeoffs and pricing for commercial roofing systems

• Conduct site visits and roof walks when required

• Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing

• Build competitive proposals with clear scope and value-engineering options

• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth project handoff

• Maintain strong supplier relationships to support competitive bidding

What You Bring

• 3+ years of estimating experience in commercial roofing or building envelope

• Knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, Modified Bitumen, metal roofing, and coatings

• Proficiency with Bluebeam, PlanSwift, The EDGE, Excel, or similar estimating tools

• Organized, detail-driven, and deadline-focused

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
