Construction Estimator – ICI

Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 (based on experience)

We are seeking a Construction Estimator to join an established ICI estimating team. This role is an addition to the team and is suited for an Estimator with solid experience who is looking to continue developing within a collaborative environment.

Exposure to healthcare and institutional projects is considered an asset, but is not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for ICI construction projects

• Complete quantity take-offs and pricing

• Solicit, review, and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes

• Assist with bid submissions and tender closings

• Support budgeting and preconstruction activities

• Work closely with project and estimating teams

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of construction estimating experience within ICI

• Healthcare or institutional project experience is an asset

• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials

• Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Office

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Work Environment:

• Full-time, in-office role

• Hybrid work may be considered in the future based on performance

Compensation:

• $100,000 – $130,000, commensurate with experience
