Construction Estimator – ICI

Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 (based on experience)

An established and well-respected ICI contractor is seeking a Construction Estimator to join its growing estimating team. This is an additional role created to support a steady pipeline of work and would suit an Estimator with solid ICI experience who is looking to continue developing within a structured, collaborative environment.

The team delivers projects across a range of commercial and institutional sectors. Exposure to complex or regulated environments (such as healthcare, education, or similar) is considered an asset, but is not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for ICI construction projects
• Complete quantity take-offs and develop pricing from conceptual through tender stage
• Solicit, review, and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Assist with tender submissions, bid closings, and post-bid reviews
• Support budgeting, value engineering, and preconstruction initiatives
• Collaborate closely with senior estimators, project managers, and internal teams

Qualifications & Experience:

• 4+ years of construction estimating experience within the ICI sector
• Background across commercial and/or institutional projects
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and trade sequencing
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills

Work Arrangement:

Full-time, in-office position
Hybrid flexibility may be considered over time based on performance
