What You’ll Be Part Of

• Collaborating closely with senior architects to develop compelling, forward-thinking design concepts

• Contributing to projects from early visioning through detailed technical delivery

• Producing high-quality drawings and construction documentation that translate design intent into buildable solutions

• Working alongside designers, technologists, consultants, and clients to resolve complex challenges

• Participating in client presentations and design discussions with clarity and confidence

• Engaging in an open, idea-driven studio culture that encourages exploration and innovation

• Staying current with evolving codes, standards, and emerging architectural best practices

WHAT'S REQUIRED

• A professional degree in Architecture from a Canadian institution

• Approximately 3–9 years of experience in an architectural practice

• Eligibility for registration as an Intern Architect or Architect with the Alberta Association of Architects (AAA)

• A strong design sensibility supported by a thoughtful, well-curated portfolio

• Solid technical ability and familiarity with Canadian building codes

• Clear communication skills and the ability to manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment

• A collaborative, curious mindset and genuine enthusiasm for design-led work
