Our client is a global multi-entity company seeking a Corporate Controller to handle North American consolidations.
Duties:
- Own the North American consolidation for 10+ operating entities (US & CDN)
- Support corporate purchasing and overhead across NA companies
- Partner with business unit controllers and finance directors
- IFRS compliance, oversee indirect tax, and be the point of contact for external auditors
Must have skills:
- CPA with min 8 years exp and min 3 in leadership role
- Experience with IFRS 16 intercompany accounting
- Multi-entity CDN and US consolidation experience
- Come from a shared services environment or corporate headquarters
- Construction, infrastructure or related manufacturing industry experience
- Experience with Onestream
