Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of multiple construction projects from pre-construction through turnkey completion. This role is ideal for a driven, detail-oriented professional who thrives in complex build environments and enjoys leading high-performing teams.
Our projects demand precision, technical coordination, and a strong understanding of how buildings perform — from structure to systems. The Project Manager will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and client communication while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
What You’ll Do
Lead projects from sales handover through construction and closeout
Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractor procurement, and contract administration
Drive performance with Site Superintendents, Project Coordinators, and trade partners
Monitor job cost reporting and forecasting across multiple projects
Identify and mitigate risk while maintaining strong client relationships
Ensure quality standards and technical requirements are consistently achieved
What You Bring
5+ years of construction project management experience
Strong understanding of building systems and technical drawings
Proven budget and schedule management skills
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities
Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, or related field (PMP considered an asset)
