Project Manager
Location: New York City (local candidates only with ability to work onsite daily)
Salary: 125-175K base + performance bonus (commensurate with experience)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role partners closely with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and overall execution
- Coordinate subcontractors and oversee project documentation (RFIs, submittals)
- Track job costs, change orders, and financial performance
- Lead client communication, meetings, and project closeout
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in construction
- Experience with commercial projects ranging from $2M–$15M; high-end interiors preferred
- Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and project delivery
- Engineering or Architecture background preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
