Project Manager – Construction

Location: Barrie, ON (projects within the surrounding region)
Compensation: $110,000 – $140,000 + bonus + benefits

Overview

Our client is a well-established General Contractor with a steady pipeline of work across commercial, institutional, and multi-unit residential projects. They are looking to add a Project Manager who is comfortable taking ownership of projects from early planning through to completion.

This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys working on a range of builds, staying close to home, and being part of a collaborative, tight-knit team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee projects from pre-construction through to close-out
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and overall project performance
  • Coordinate consultants, trades, and internal teams
  • Support procurement, tendering, and contract administration
  • Monitor progress and proactively address challenges
  • Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

What They’re Looking For

  • Experience managing construction projects with a General Contractor
  • Exposure to ground-up and/or building projects across commercial or residential sectors
  • Comfortable managing projects of varying size and complexity
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
