EVERY BUILDING TELLS A STORY LONG BEFORE THE DOORS OPEN.
A school where learning will begin.
A healthcare space where lives will be cared for.
A senior living community that will feel like home.
An industrial or commercial space where businesses will grow.
A retail environment designed to welcome people in.
THIS ROLE SITS AT THE CENTER OF ALL OF IT.
As a Project Manager, you are the person who turns ideas into places that matter. From the first conversation through the final inspection, you lead the process that brings education, healthcare, senior living, industrial, commercial, and retail projects to life.
You will own the full journey of each build. You open the site each morning knowing what needs to happen, who needs to be there, and how every moving part fits together. Schedules, budgets, materials, inspections, and people all run through you. When challenges pop up, you anticipate them early, solve them decisively, and keep the project moving forward.
This is a hands-on, on-site role. You are present, visible, and engaged. You partner closely with owners, designers, trade partners, and field teams to keep everyone aligned and moving toward the same finish line. You take pride in keeping projects on schedule, on budget, and built right.

- You will oversee inspections and quality standards, ensuring the finished product reflects the level of craftsmanship everyone can stand behind.
- You will communicate clearly and consistently with internal teams, trade partners, and project stakeholders.
- You will identify potential risks early, solve problems in real time, and keep projects moving forward.
EXPERIENCE AND STRENGTHS
