An established roofing contractor with a growing operation in the Denver market is hiring a Residential New Construction Roofing Sales Representative for its Arvada, CO office.
This role is focused on selling roofing services to production home builders and custom home builders. This is not a retail or re-roof sales role. The right person will already understand the residential new construction roofing space and know how to build strong relationships with builders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with production and custom home builders
- Generate new residential new construction roofing business
- Grow builder accounts in the Denver market
- Coordinate with internal operations and production teams
- Manage the sales process from relationship development through handoff
Qualifications
- Experience in residential new construction roofing sales
- Strong builder relationships preferred
- Background working with production and custom builders
- Proven business development and account management ability
- Strong communication and follow-through
Compensation
- Base salary of $70,000–$85,000, depending on experience
- Commission and bonuses
- Strong opportunity to earn well into the six figures
