About the role:
This is a temporary position with the potential to go permanent after 6 months, will report into the Director of Operations, and be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
Main responsibilities include:
- Support sales planning, forecasting, and customer projections using sales, POS, and market data.
- Monitor forecast accuracy, analyze variances, and recommend forecasting improvements.
- Partner with internal teams to align sales volume and trade spend with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, promotional performance, and competitive activity to identify risks and opportunities.
- Support reporting, trade deduction resolution, and ongoing process improvements.
- Support resolution of pricing, trade deduction, and promotional discrepancies.
- Prepare reporting and ad hoc analysis on sales performance, trade spend, and operational metrics.
About the candidate:
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Field of Study/Area of Experience: Business (Finance/Marketing preferred)
- 2+ years of CPG Experience
