Position: Senior Associate –Client Services
Industry Sector: Insurance & Wealth Management
Compensation: $75,000-85,000 plus benefits and a GREAT office environment
Location: Toronto IN-OFFICE 5 days/week

Role Overview:
Our client is a multi-generational advisory firm supporting the wealthy community with tax planning, estate preservation, philanthropy and succession plans. They are respected experts in a niche area.

This role will support the day-to-day service needs of clients, their accountants, and other trusted professionals—representing the company with integrity, warmth, and precision across every interaction.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Be client facing and assist with a variety of client service requests.
• Document and track all correspondence, updates, and follow-up actions within internal systems.
• Provide policy details to clients, business owners, assignees, accountants, and other partners as required or needed.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM records, ledgers, and client summaries to support seamless workflow.
• Actively engage in learning to expand your knowledge of life insurance, planning strategies, and internal processes.
• Support team initiatives, special projects, events, client appreciation activities and presentations.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in a senior administrative, executive support or client facing service role
• 5+ years experience working within life insurance or wealth management space
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organization, paired with a refined and sophisticated approach.
• Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Strong aptitude for working with numbers and documentation.
• Commitment to privacy, confidentiality, and the stewardship of sensitive client information.
