They are seeking a polished, detail-oriented Senior Associate – Client Services professional who brings exceptional communication skills, sound judgment, and a refined client presence.

Role Overview

This is a client-facing position supporting the day-to-day service needs of high-net-worth clients, their accountants, and other trusted advisors. You will represent the firm with professionalism, warmth, and precision in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests, ensuring timely, accurate, and polished communication.
  • Document, track, and manage all correspondence and follow-ups within internal systems with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Provide policy information and documentation to clients, business owners, assignees, accountants, and professional partners as required.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, client summaries, and internal ledgers to support seamless workflow and compliance.
  • Participate in ongoing learning to deepen knowledge of life insurance, planning strategies, and internal processes.
  • Support leadership with team initiatives, special projects, client events, and presentations.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in a senior administrative, executive support, or client-facing service role.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within the life insurance or wealth management industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional, polished demeanor.
  • Superior attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Strong comfort working with numbers, documentation, and complex client information.
  • Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality, discretion, and stewardship of sensitive information.
