Senior Project Manager – Commercial Roofing

Full-Time | $130,000–$150,000 per year (based on experience)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead commercial roofing projects across the Austin area. This role is ideal for someone with 9+ years of commercial construction experience who can manage complex project portfolios, mentor teams, and deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial roofing projects from planning through closeout
• Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, billing, and documentation
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Assistant PMs, Project Coordinators, and Superintendents
• Ensure compliance with safety, QA/QC, and production standards
• Conduct regular jobsite visits and attend client and subcontractor meetings
• Build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships
• Resolve project conflicts, delays, and day-to-day issues proactively
• Approve invoicing and monitor financial performance across assigned projects

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in commercial construction (commercial roofing strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
• OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to interpret drawings, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and specifications
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard construction software

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $130,000–$150,000, depending on experience
